A Sustainable Life

You don’t cut corners in your business

...but when it comes to your joy, your health, your relationships, your time, your playfulness?Corners all over the floor. You’ve been single-handedly sustaining your business. The cost has been deep and personal, but you’ve built something valuable. And your business is doing well, but you show up as its servant, not its owner. You don’t say no to it.You’ve made yourself the food supply. What happens when the scraps run out?

I open the door to a way of working where you put your business back in its rightful place, so it can serve you.

As I guide you into play and intuition, you’ll get clearer on what truly brings you joy in life. Then I’ll help you design your life around your true desires, so that you’re connected to your own power source. Even if it feels far off right now, you can cut your business’ unhealthy reliance on you and start to feel alive and magnetic.

Who's Opening The Door

I'm Becky, a mom of 2, and intuitive AuDHDer, who has spent the last 20 years figuring out how best to support my kids in their interests, and how to recover from burnout and various losses myself. The rhythm under all of it has been play. I discovered that following my passions and what felt good in my body was my way out of burnout.I believe that there are more wonderful possibilities for us than we can even imagine. That even in challenging circumstances there is a deep sweetness to life, which we can access through tuning in to our intuition, and developing a practice of play.I love when I can support someone to call the shots that feel right, even if it leads somewhere wildly unconventional. My coaching style is to be deeply respectful of your autonomy, which means I won’t tell you what to do, but I will come alongside to help you think through creating a life that’s both sustainable and enjoyable.

This Is For You If...

✦ The success you've built is real, even if it currently feels like a weight more than a win.✦ You want to stand firmly in your identity as the owner of your business.✦ You feel a pull to reconnect with your own intuition, allowing your inner voice to guide your business.✦ You dream of your business being the stable platform you stand on to pull others out of the water.✦ There’s a part of you that would relish being fully in charge, playing by your own rules.✦ Somewhere along the way you learned to hold back, and you long to walk into new client relationships open and curious again.✦ Building something your ancestors would be proud of matters to you.✦ You're ready for time and space to play, rest, and heal.

How This Works

A Sustainable Life is a 4-week online group coaching container, running from early September to early October 2026.The Shape: We'll work together over 4 weeks, meeting three times per week for a one hour group coaching call. Outside of calls, you'll have some daily reflection work that you'll record in your private online space, and a discussion group where we can interact daily. This group is intentionally kept small, so everyone has space to share, grow, and get to know each other. The Investment: $4,900 for the full 4-week program.Start Date: We'll start September 7, 2026, and end October 2, 2026.How it works: Click the button below and I'll email you a short form to fill out (15-20 minutes), plus the option to book a call first if you'd rather talk before you apply.
